Hapus akun Backthrill
Cara menghapus dari app
- Buka app Backthrill dan pastikan HP tersambung ke internet.
- Ketuk foto profilmu di pojok kanan atas untuk membuka Pengaturan.
- Di bagian Akun, pilih Hapus akun.
- Bila perlu, ketuk Ekspor semua ride (.gpx) untuk menyimpan salinan ride kamu.
- Tahan tombol Tahan 3 detik untuk menghapus sampai selesai.
Akun langsung dihapus dan kamu keluar dari app. Hapus akun tidak bisa dilakukan saat ride sedang direkam; selesaikan ride-nya dulu.
Tidak bisa membuka app?
Kirim email ke dadanramdhani1509@gmail.com dari alamat email akun Google yang kamu pakai untuk login, dengan judul Hapus akun Backthrill. Kami menghapus akunmu dalam 7 hari dan membalas setelah selesai.
Yang dihapus
- Profil kamu (nama dan foto dari Google) dan akun login.
- Semua ride beserta rute GPS di server.
- Status ikut/tertarik pada event.
- Keanggotaan komunitas dan pengajuan gabung.
- Semua data Backthrill di HP yang dipakai untuk menghapus: ride, cache event, dan pengingat.
Yang tidak dihapus
- Komunitas dan event yang kamu buat sebagai Ketua/Pengurus tetap ada karena milik komunitas, tanpa namamu. Bila kamu Ketua, posisi Ketua otomatis berpindah ke Pengurus lain (atau Anggota terlama bila tidak ada Pengurus).
- Data yang sudah ditulis ke Health Connect / Apple Health. Hapus dari app Health di HP kamu.
- Peta offline dan setelan app di HP sampai kamu meng-uninstall app. Data di HP lain yang pernah kamu pakai terhapus saat app di HP itu tersambung lagi.
- Log teknis server (mis. alamat IP) yang disimpan penyedia server untuk keamanan, sampai masa simpannya habis.

Delete your Backthrill account
Delete from the app
- Open the Backthrill app and make sure your phone is online.
- Tap your profile photo in the top right corner to open Settings.
- Under Account, choose Delete account.
- If you like, tap Export all rides (.gpx) to keep a copy of your rides.
- Press and hold Hold for 3 seconds to delete until it completes.
Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out. You cannot delete your account while a ride is being recorded; finish the ride first.
Can't open the app?
Email dadanramdhani1509@gmail.com from the Google account email you sign in with, with the subject Delete Backthrill account. We delete your account within 7 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name and photo from Google) and sign-in account.
- All rides and their GPS routes on the server.
- Your going/interested status for events.
- Community memberships and join requests.
- All Backthrill data on the phone used to delete: rides, event cache, and reminders.
What is kept
- Communities and events you created as an organizer remain because they belong to the community, without your name. If you are the Ketua (leader), the role passes automatically to another Pengurus (organizer), or to the longest-standing member if there is none.
- Data already written to Health Connect / Apple Health. Delete it from the Health app on your phone.
- Offline maps and app settings on the phone until you uninstall the app. Data on other phones you used is removed when the app on that phone reconnects.
- Server technical logs (e.g. IP addresses) kept by the hosting provider for security, until their retention period ends.
